Hello my darlings, and welcome to the first ever post on The New Demure. Today’s post was part of my recent YouTube video that was inspired by the beautiful and stunning Victoria Beckham. Now, I don’t have Beckham money, and really who does, but I want to show you that you can still dress like her, no matter what you have in your closet.
My entire outfit came from Old Navy and Charlotte Russe. Shocking, right? The trench coat is my favorite piece that I’ve bought this year. It’s a classic staple and it was only $60 at Old Navy, and get this, it was half off. Would you have guessed it was only $30? Neither would I. Shop the trench coat here:

I wanted to keep it more casual underneath but still wear a dress. VB is very feminine, yet she always seems comfortable. When paired underneath a trench like this one, this simple grey t-shirt dress looks a lot more dressed up.

I paired it with these comfortable brown leather heels from Charlotte Russe. Grey and brown aren’t neutrals that are typically paired together, but I honestly think they complement each other very well. Just a touch of pearl with my earrings, and the look is complete.

Just because you don’t have millions, doesn’t mean you can’t have a little class. How do you guys wear T-shirt dresses? Do you think brown and grey work well together? Comment down below and let me know.
Don’t forget, In a world that is becoming sheer, stay classy and be demure.
